Authorities Act (ยง 15.2-5700 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) prior to July 1,
2018, the provisions of this act shall apply only to the types of activities
facilitated or performed by such park authorities prior to July 1, 2018, unless
otherwise authorized by the Code of Virginia.
